Job Summary
Greet arriving and departing guests, open car doors, and assist with luggage while answering customer questions professionally. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, fill out valet tickets with damage checks, and maintain keys securely. Ensure the valet area remains clean and organized, perform routine equipment inspections, and report any accidents or incidents to a supervisor immediately. Maintain a polished appearance adhering to uniform standards and support team members during busy periods or special events. Successfully pass a background and driving record check, hold a valid license with a clean record, and stand 100% of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
