Job Summary
Valet Attendant at Loews Atlanta Hotel responsible for greeting guests, opening doors, assisting with coats and luggage, retrieving and parking vehicles, and maintaining vehicle security and keys. Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of valet area, coordinate with hotel staff, and uphold safety protocols while delivering exceptional guest service. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, possess strong English communication skills, be able to stand throughout the shift, and be available for flexible nights including weekends. Prior hospitality or high-end customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred
