Valet Lead Attendant (Full Time)

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day Valet Department operations during a shift and supervise Valet Attendants to ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service. Directly handles vehicle retrieval/return, enforces department policies, resolves guest complaints, and supports the Transportation Manager in policy administration. Maintain integrity and security of Valet operations, including keys and claim checks, and ensure all transactions are processed through the POS system and necessary paperwork is completed. May be assigned to a Valet Bank. Requires high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, a valid California driver's license with a good driving record, and the ability to work in a smoke-filled environment, stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and operate in extreme weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 year supervisory experience with 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must have a valid California Drivers License and good driving record
