Job Summary
Provide friendly, professional valet services at hospital entrance, safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles; greet guests; assist patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in/out of vehicles; note vehicle damage; manage valet tickets; explain parking rates; report accidents; maintain privacy per HIPAA; work flexible hours. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 3 years of driving experience, valid driver’s license with no restrictions (including manual transmission), ability to do basic math with time and money (24-hour and military time), fluent English, be legally eligible to work in the U.S., pass background checks and health screenings, strong communication and professional appearance, and be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs while working outdoors with extended hours. This role requires the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions and to service patients and visitors with care and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a clean driving record
- Must be able to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles
- Able to do basic math with time and money; understand 24-hour and military time
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
- Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping people
- Physical requirements: lift/move up to 100 lbs, push/pull wheelchairs
- Flexibility for weekends/holidays/longer shifts
