Job Summary
As a Valet, you will be responsible for promptly and safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining accurate parking records, and adhering to company safety guidelines. The role requires you to greet guests, communicate parking procedures, assist with customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. You should be accountable, reliable, and capable of fostering a supportive team environment while ensuring cleanliness in the parking areas. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable, friendly, and ability to create a lasting impression
- Physical ability to move quickly and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus
