Job Summary
Valet Attendant at Grand Hyatt Buckhead, part-time with flexible days. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with doors and luggage, answering questions, and providing information about services; handling vehicles, issuing valet tickets, inspecting for damage, and securing keys; maintaining a polished appearance and clean valet area; collaborating with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals/departures; following safety protocols and reporting incidents; upholding AAA Parking service standards; and meeting physical and schedule requirements. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, be at least 18, possess strong English communication skills, and be able to stand for the duration of shifts. Previous hospitality or luxury service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred
