Job Summary
Greet guests, explain pricing and retrieval procedures, and assist with luggage and special needs. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently while conducting damage checks and maintaining organized keys. Perform routine inspections of the valet area, report incidents, and collaborate with hotel staff during arrivals and departures. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Flexible schedule based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
