Job Summary
Greet guests, explain pricing and retrieval procedures, and assist with luggage while maintaining a professional appearance. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, conduct damage checks, and manage keys securely. Perform routine inspections of the valet area, report incidents immediately, and collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain safety protocols and adhere to AAA Parking's standards for attitude, assistance, and appearance. Full-time AM shift required; valid driver's license and clean driving record mandatory. Background check and physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds necessary. Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
