Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests, explain pricing and retrieval procedures, and assist with luggage and special needs. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently while conducting damage checks and maintaining secure key organization. Follow safety protocols, report incidents immediately, and perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment. Work closely with hotel staff to coordinate arrivals and departures during busy periods. Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the valet zone remains clean and inviting. Full-time AM/PM shift required with flexible scheduling based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred
