Job Summary
Greet guests, explain pricing and retrieval procedures, and assist with luggage while maintaining keys securely. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, conduct damage checks, and fill out tickets accurately. Provide information on hotel services and local attractions, assist guests with special needs, and ensure the valet area remains clean and organized. Follow safety protocols, report incidents immediately, and collaborate with hotel staff to coordinate arrivals and departures. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred
