Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests, explain pricing and retrieval procedures, and assist with luggage while maintaining a professional appearance. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, conduct damage checks, and manage keys securely. Collaborate with hotel staff to coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring the valet area remains clean and organized. Follow safety protocols, report incidents immediately, and perform routine equipment inspections. Maintain impeccable grooming and adhere to AAA Parking's service standards of attitude, assistance, and appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
