Job Summary
Park and retrieve guest vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously, assisting with bell services, luggage delivery, and opening doors. Greet guests within five feet using their last names and daily salutations, providing directions, taxi info, and facility amenities. Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles, issue claim checks only after receiving keys, and maintain accurate ticket information including damage surveys. Work flexible scheduling with no weekends required, performing duties primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work
- One (1) month related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience (in lieu of one month experience)
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English language
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform arithmetic operations using units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
- Travel of up to 5% may be required
