Job Summary
Ensure every moment matters for clients by resolving requests efficiently, inspecting vehicles before parking, explaining rates, and observing traffic laws. Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management. Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways to provide seamless transportation. Come to work in a clean uniform on time, remain fully uniformed throughout the shift, and assist management with additional duties as assigned. Availability includes special shifts such as 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- A valid state driver's license
- Current address
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
- Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends)
- The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift)
- The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers
- The ability to respond professionally to customer problems or complaints
- The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency
- The ability to comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- The ability to calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working
- The ability to stand
- The ability to walk
- The ability to use hands to handle cash and equipment
- The ability to sit
- The ability to climb or balance
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus
