Job Summary
Conduct safe operation and transport of customer vehicles on company property, performing excellent customer service at all times. Assist guests promptly in valet check-in and checkout, running for all pick-ups from the valet lot in accordance with safety guidelines. Park vehicles in designated areas, accurately record locations on receipts attached to keys, and clear the drop-off area of cars to be parked. Effectively communicate with the Lead Valet Attendant and maintain a clean, neat appearance in the designated uniform. Drive the shuttle van and shuttle with no more passengers than the license allows, while assisting if needed at the Bell Desk. Maintain accurate departmental records and reports, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and consistent attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license from the State
- Good driving record
- 21 years of age
- Physical endurance and stamina
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to relate effectively in one-on-one situations with customers and other Team Members
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
