Job Summary
Deliver on the promise by resolving client requests efficiently, inspecting every vehicle before parking, and explaining valet rates. Communicate proactively with customers, observe traffic laws, and report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management. Know major streets and landmarks to ensure a seamless transportation experience, come to work in a clean uniform on time, and remain fully uniformed throughout the shift. Assist management with additional duties as assigned. This role requires a valid driver's license, legal work eligibility, and the ability to handle cash and adapt to unexpected events. Available for special shifts including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- A valid state driver's license
- Current address
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
- Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends)
- The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers
- The ability to respond professionally to customer problems or complaints
- The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency
- The ability to comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- The ability to calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working
- The ability to stand
- The ability to walk
- The ability to use hands to handle cash and equipment
- The ability to sit
- The ability to climb or balance
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift)
