Job Summary
Greet valet customers professionally upon arrival and departure, then safely drive, park, and retrieve their vehicles while performing area access control. Assist guests with opening doors and loading/unloading wheelchairs or walkers as needed. Closely inspect all vehicles for damage, record findings on tickets, and secure cars before returning keys to the podium. Maintain a clean, organized valet area and provide directions or property information when requested. Report any incidents, damages, or concerns to management promptly. Work Monday through Friday with on-call availability in company uniform, adhering to all VA rules and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid REAL ID-driver's license in the state of employment
- Subject to a pre-employment criminal background and DMV check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to drive a manual (stick shift) vehicle
- Ability to understand, speak, and write basic English
- Consistent attendance and reliability
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds
- Ability to work independently and within established guidelines, follow directions, and work well with others
- Technical capabilities and basic computer knowledge
- 1-year experience driving manual and automatic transmissions
