Job Summary
Greet every patient, visitor, and guest with warmth and professionalism, then provide safe shuttle transportation for drop-offs and pick-ups. Park, relocate, and monitor vehicles with care while performing routine inspections, fueling, and maintenance checks. Keep shuttle vehicles clean and organized, and safely transport laboratory specimens between facilities while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain accurate mileage and trip records, report vehicle concerns or safety hazards promptly, and assist with stocking supplies as needed. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean record, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Successfully pass a background check
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts
- Ability to safely operate vehicles while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
