Job Summary
Open vehicle doors, greet clients and residents, and ensure safe traffic flow at luxury residential condos and event locations. Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with carrying groceries, luggage, and packages, and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with building vendors and management. Adhere to site Standard Operating Procedures and meet physical demands including lifting up to 30lbs, standing, walking, and running for long periods. Evening and weekend availability required with flexible scheduling to cover shifts in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Clear communication skills
- Well-groomed professional appearance
- Flexible schedule; ability to provide coverage when needed
- Evening & weekend availability
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk and run for long periods throughout assigned shift
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
- Excellent driving / parking safety skills

- Ability to graciously interact with clientele, residents, guests, building vendors, and building management
