Job Summary
Open vehicle doors, greet residents and guests, and promote a welcoming environment while ensuring safe traffic flow at luxury condo buildings and event locations. Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with carrying groceries and luggage, and interact professionally with clientele, vendors, and building management. Maintain a pleasant demeanor and adhere to all site Standard Operating Procedures. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 30lbs, and flexibility for evening, weekend, and all-weather coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Clear communication skills
- Well-groomed professional appearance
- Flexible schedule; ability to provide coverage when needed
- Evening & weekend availability
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk and run for long periods throughout assigned shift
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
- Physical demands described in this job description must be met in order to perform essential job functions
