Job Summary
Provide an exceptional experience for guests arriving and leaving by finding parking spaces, retrieving vehicles, and delivering timely reports. Issue claim checks with instructions on vehicle reclamation, provide travel directions, and document all activities including any vehicle damage before providing the valet receipt. Evaluate guest queries promptly while maintaining professional standards and excellent hand-eye coordination. Ensure all traffic regulations are obeyed and customer service best practices are followed. Hampton Inn Atlanta-Georgia Tech-Downtown is a 106-room hotel located in Downtown Atlanta near Georgia Tech's football stadium and Coca-Cola's corporate office.
Required Qualifications
