Job Summary
Valet Concierge role in Boston on Saturdays and Sundays (7 am–3 pm), focusing on high-touch resident and guest experiences. Responsibilities include greeting residents/visitors, logging non-residents, driving/parking resident and guest vehicles, maintaining security and access control, updating logs and shift notes, assisting with clerical tasks, coordinating with the Property Manager and Lead Concierge, arranging reservations and tickets, supporting move-ins/outs and elevator usage, coordinating package receipt/dry cleaning, and assisting with resident events. Requires at least 2 years of customer service or concierge experience, a valid driver’s license, reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the concierge field, hotel, or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license (Valet Concierge driving criteria)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to move, lift, push, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, unassisted
- Pass background check
- Provide 3 professional references
- Ability to commute to work via public transportation
