Job Summary
Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining accurate records and securely storing keys. Greet guests warmly, explain parking procedures and fees, and assist with questions or concerns in a calm, professional manner. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery, foster a collaborative environment, and maintain cleanliness by clearing debris and trash. Maximize revenue by managing parking spaces and collecting fees accurately, while reporting maintenance issues promptly. Lift heavy items up to 50 lbs. and work effectively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility

- Reliable, friendly, and ability to create a lasting impression
