Job Summary
Greet and welcome arriving guests and assist with baggage handling, parking guest vehicles in a safe and orderly manner, and escort guests to and from their rooms. Provide friendly, efficient service in line with Forbes standards, maintain logs, and assist with luggage loading/unloading as needed. The role includes outside duties typical of a valet/bellman and requires good driving ability, customer service focus, and knowledge of local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license
- Must have good driving record
- Prior experience as a bellman/valet
- Customer Service experience a must
- Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles (manual and automatic)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
