Job Summary
The Service Valet/Porter is the initial contact at the dealership for arriving service customers. Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information; assist the Service Advisor in the service drive; move customers' vehicles between the drive and shop; retain keys according to safeguard procedures; promote teamwork and CSI through courteous, efficient service; follow management procedures for vehicle delivery to encourage return visits. Requires the ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods, with preferred experience operating a manual transmission and holding a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
