Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, inspect vehicles for damage, and document parking locations on claim tickets. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to key handling procedures and safety protocols. Manage traffic flow, address inquiries professionally, and keep valet areas clean and organized. Resolve challenging situations with professionalism and maintain regular attendance in full uniform. Perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals and complete assigned training modules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service attitude
- Willing, helpful demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Clean background check
- Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
