Job Summary
Valet Attendant responsible for making an exceptional impression by engaging with guests and providing safe, efficient service. Duties include safely operating and keeping track of vehicles and keys in the garage, maintaining organization, delivering exceptional guest experiences, using VPNE-approved communication, assisting with shift transitions, staying groomed, and performing cleaning tasks as assigned. Requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, passing background checks, and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Entry level experience or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License in state of residency
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test
- Be organized and able to maintain uniform standards
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor with positive customer interaction
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
