Job Summary
Valet Attendant responsible for greeting guests, engaging with customers in a positive and friendly manner, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while providing safe and efficient service. Key duties include safely operating and tracking vehicles and keys in the garage, maintaining organization, following VPNE-approved communication, and upholding attendance and grooming standards. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, pass driving and background checks, and hold a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Friday to Sunday 3pm–11pm; location in Salem, NH (in-person). This role emphasizes safety, customer interaction, and a professional, polished demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Entry Level experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid Driver’s License in state of residency
- Pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test
- Be organized
- Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider
- Be able to create relationships with customers
- Friendly and Outgoing
- Willingness to smile during customer interactions
- Possess an upbeat personality and strong work ethic
- Ability to run and move quickly
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be organized
- Maintain uniform standards
- Posess good communication skills in English
