Job Summary
Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a parking garage for a hospitality venue, while delivering professional customer service and maintaining a positive, energetic appearance. Responsibilities include staging and parking guest vehicles, retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, and handling keys securely. Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays; able to drive a variety of vehicles (manual and automatic); possess or be able to obtain Licenses/Certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission; pass a background check and drug screening; be at least 21 years old; maintain a good driving record, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. High school diploma or equivalent required; on-the-job training provided. The role requires tolerance of weather conditions and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends
- Must have good driving record (no more than 3 points in last 48 months)
- Customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
