Job Summary
Valet Attendant at Towne Park parking and hospitality services: responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner, assisting guests with luggage, providing directions and information about local amenities, and delivering guest services with a friendly, professional demeanor. Tasks include greeting guests, door and bell services, shuttling guests as needed, explaining parking rates, maintaining accurate key/tag and ticket information, and handling cash-related duties as required. Must have valid driver’s license, one month related experience or training, and basic math/English language skills. Shift is PM, with a 50-cent differential on overnight, and the role emphasizes safety, customer service, and proactive guest interaction.
