Job Summary
Mobilize and coordinate the beginning-to-end valet process by retrieving keys, retrieving vehicles for waiting guests, loading guest vehicles, and issuing tickets or entering customer information via electronic devices. Foster customer success by building rapport, addressing inquiries, providing directions, and acting as a brand ambassador while opening doors and unloading vehicles. Deploy safety procedures to direct traffic, park cars, inspect for damage, and report incidents to leadership. Pioneer financial operations by collecting fees and reconciling end-of-shift revenue. Ensure safe and efficient parking while communicating professionally with guests, clients, and teammates. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to operate manual transmission vehicles, and an acceptable driving record.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests
- Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR)
- Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot
- Ability to move from valet stand to customer cars by walking or running for extended period of time, sometimes for the entire duration of shift
- Must be available for Monday - Friday (9 am - 530 pm)
- Must be available for Monday - Friday (10 am - 630 pm)
- Must be available for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, & Sunday (11 am - 730 pm)
- Must be available for Monday - Friday (11 pm - 730 am)
- Must be available for Wednesday - Sunday (11 pm - 730 am)
- Must be available for Monday - Friday (3 pm - 1130 pm)
- Must be available for Wednesday - Sunday (3 pm - 1130 pm)
Desired Qualifications
