Valet Attendant- TCLC

Greet guests at the front drive, escort them to vehicles, and manage parking retrieval while accurately filling out tickets and organizing keys. Review arrivals and parking needs, direct guests to venues, and ensure all parked cars are logged into the valet system. Maintain cleanliness in the front drive and parking lot areas, reconcile daily billing, and lock keys in the cabinet at shift end. Drive guests on the shuttle within three miles, assist with deliveries, and adhere to safety standards and Valencia Hotel Group core values. Work outdoors in various weather conditions while handling multiple keys and luggage.
