Valet Attendant-(St Francis Hospital)

The Guest Service Associate will provide hospitality services by greeting guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. Responsibilities include assisting guests with directions, taxis, reservations and amenities information, delivering messages or items, shuttling guests as needed, explaining parking rates and retrieval procedures, and managing ticket information, keys, and claim checks with accuracy. The role requires maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor, including using guests’ last names, and performing tasks with attention to safety and efficiency in a largely outdoor environment. The position is scheduled 9am–5pm, Monday through Friday, and may involve basic cash handling and revenue calculations as part of everyday duties; reliability, strong communication, and the ability to operate under established procedures are essential.
