Job Summary
Park vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring patrons receive prompt service by returning cars to the station quickly. Assist all customers with their needs while maintaining a professional image and communicating effectively with patrons and coworkers. Retrieve vehicles up to 20 times daily and lift items like wheelchairs and strollers, working outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, cold, and precipitation. This role requires full-time or part-time availability from 5pm to 12am on nights and weekends. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and possess a good driving record with the ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management
- Have your own transportation
- Have experience working in customer service
- Must have a good driving record
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Both written and verbal communication
- Standing for the duration of your shift
- Running/Jogging to retrieve cars up to 20 times a day or more
- Entering and exiting customers' vehicles 6- or more times daily
- Lifting wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc.
- Work outdoors for the duration of the shift
- Availability from 5pm-12am Nights & Weekends
