Job Summary
Greet guests with a smile, assist them in parking and retrieving vehicles, and provide directions to ensure an exceptional customer service experience. Manage vehicle logistics at premier hotel, golf club, restaurant, and healthcare locations while anticipating guest needs. This role requires a valid driver's license with three years of continuous experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to walk, stand, and jog for an eight-hour shift in inclement weather. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs, including pushing a wheelchair with a guest. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- 3 years of continuous Driver's License experience
- Valid driver's license
- Positive Teamwork Mindset
- Great communication skills
- Clean-cut appearance
- Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift
- Tolerance for inclement weather
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
