Job Summary
Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, and assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure. Interact with guests using a professional and friendly demeanor, greet guests by last name, and offer directions, taxi arrangements, reservations, and information about local amenities. Ensure accurate ticketing, luggage handling, and revenue collection as part of daily valet operations. Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to read and write English; basic math skills required for handling payments. 1 month of related experience or training (or an equivalent combination), and a high school diploma or GED are required. Must be willing to work morning and evening shifts; role involves outdoor work and potential exposure to varying weather conditions. This position emphasizes customer service and hospitality, with a $100 sign-on bonus as part of Towne Park’s compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 1 month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and write English, perform basic math
- Ability to operate a vehicle and understand time systems (24 hour)
- Knowledge of customer service
- Ability to perform duties outdoors and lift up to 20 pounds
