Job Summary
The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests, managing vehicle parking, driving transit vans, and maintaining cleanliness and order in transportation areas. This role requires effective communication and a positive demeanor to enhance the guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license or International Equivalent
- At least six (6) months of guest-service experience in a high-volume environment at a restaurant, resort, or private club
Desired Qualifications
- Prior valet attendant in luxury club or private resort setting (preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and desire to work in fast-paced environment
