Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval while conducting damage inspections and documenting parking locations. Safely park and retrieve vehicles, manage traffic flow, and keep valet areas clean and organized. Handle challenging situations professionally, resolve problems promptly, and maintain compliance with attendance policies and timekeeping requirements. Maintain regular attendance, arrive in full uniform, and complete assigned training modules. Use personal cell phones for work-related communication and attend required staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service attitude
- Willing, helpful demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Clean background check
