Job Summary
Valet Attendant at Hotel Vin (Marriott Autograph Collection) greets guests, directs vehicle traffic at the hotel entrance, parks guest cars, assists with luggage, records guest information on valet tickets, and provides responsive, professional guest service. The role includes driving the company vehicle within a 5-mile radius, delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining safety and appearance standards, and supporting the front desk team as needed. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, ability to drive all vehicle types, strong English communication, physical ability to lift and move items, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather. Location: Grapevine, TX (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to drive all types of vehicles
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Good knowledge of local areas and roads
- Previous valet or customer service experience preferred
