Job Summary
Greet arriving and departing guests within 30 seconds, park and retrieve guest vehicles, open doors, and provide directions. Acknowledge guests with a professional, fast, fun, and friendly demeanor while maintaining pleasant interactions with all guests, staff, and co-workers. Immediately secure all keys and adhere to AAA parking uniform and appearance standards. Ensure every guest's valet experience is memorable and unique by running fast to retrieve cars and driving slow when presenting them. Applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule and regularly handle outside weather conditions and exhaust fumes.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of customer service experience
