Job Summary
Welcome guests and assist with vehicle drop-off/pick-up; provide luggage assistance during check-in/check-out; offer recommendations on hotel outlets, amenities, events, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience; adhere to ADA parking procedures and safety/security protocols; coordinate with Front Office, Security and other departments to support guest needs; monitor guest flow and maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the driveway, porte-cochere, and parking areas; protect confidential information; perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
- Minimum age of 19
- Current New Mexico driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Possibly 2 years of driving experience
- Hospitality or guest service experience preferred
