Job Summary
Conduct vehicle damage inspections, document parking locations, and safely retrieve guest cars while adhering to key handling protocols. Manage traffic flow, greet guests, and resolve inquiries professionally to ensure a positive experience. Maintain clean valet areas, clock in/out accurately, and report tips. Perform other operational tasks as needed and complete assigned training modules. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to lift 50 lbs. in varied weather conditions. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Clean background check
- Customer service attitude
- Willing, helpful demeanor
- Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
