Job Summary
Park vehicles safely and efficiently for patrons, ensuring quick retrieval to minimize wait times. Run frequently between the station and parking areas while lifting wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage. Maintain a professional image and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in an outdoor environment, regardless of weather conditions. Work Monday through Friday in midday shifts with some weekend event availability. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and own a standard transmission vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management
- Have your own transportation
- Have experience working in customer service
- Must have a good driving record
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Must be available for weekend event work
- Must be available for Monday-Friday shifts
- Must be available for midday 9-5 or 10-6 shifts
- Must be available for day and night shift hours
- Must be available for flexible schedules
- Must attend scheduled shifts despite inclement weather
- Must maintain a professional image
- Must park vehicles in a safe manner
- Must be able to run to the parking area
- Must be able to run back to the valet station
- Must be able to get along well with coworkers
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to run up to 50 times a day
- Must be able to enter and exit customers' vehicles 75 or more times daily
- Must be able to lift wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc.
