Job Summary
Greet members and guests promptly upon arrival and departure, then safely park, retrieve, and move all vehicles. Ensure golf carts remain clean, fueled, and stocked while maintaining a spotless, organized valet area at all times. Assist with car wash and detailing services upon request and support boat drop-offs and pick-ups at the Lake Club as needed. Report any vehicle, cart, or equipment issues immediately and proactively anticipate member and guest needs. Communicate key information across departments while wearing the provided uniform. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to lift 40 lbs in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Comfortable operating a wide range of vehicles and golf carts
- Warm, professional demeanor with members and guests
- Strong attention to detail and personal pride in your work
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Available for weekends, holidays, and events
