Job Summary
Conduct vehicle damage inspections, document parking locations, and safely park or retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to key handling and safety protocols. Greet guests warmly, manage traffic flow, and resolve challenging situations with professionalism to ensure a positive experience. Maintain clean valet areas, clock in/out accurately, and report tips. Perform other operational tasks as needed, attend staff meetings, and complete assigned training modules. Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and grooming standards while working indoors or outdoors in varied conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service attitude
- Willing, helpful demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Clean background check
- Professional appearance
- Uniform and grooming standards compliance
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
