Job Summary
Greet guests, inspect vehicles for damage, and document parking locations on claim tickets. Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures. Maintain clean valet areas, manage traffic flow, and resolve challenging situations with professionalism. Clock in and out accurately, report tips, and attend required staff meetings and training modules. Perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals while remaining flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service attitude
- Willing, helpful demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Clean background check
- Professional appearance
- Uniform and grooming standards
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions
