Job Summary
Conduct dinner shift valet operations from 5pm to 1am in the Brickell area, resolving client requests, providing local directions, and explaining rates. Inspect every vehicle before parking, report accidents or hazards immediately, and strictly observe traffic laws while driving. Maintain a clean uniform, arrive on time for every scheduled shift, and assist management with additional duties as assigned. Requires previous valet and customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work manual transmission.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Valet Attendant
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- A valid state driver's license
- A current address
- An acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)
- Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends
- Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers
- English language proficiency
- Ability to provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S.
- Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
