Job Summary
Conduct vehicle damage inspections, document parking locations, and safely park or retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to key handling procedures. Maintain clean valet areas, manage traffic flow, and resolve challenging situations with professionalism to ensure a positive guest experience. Clock in and out for shifts, report tips accurately, and attend required staff meetings and training modules. Operate in both indoor and outdoor environments, often in varied weather, while using personal cell phones for work-related communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Clean background check
- Customer service attitude
- Willing, helpful demeanor
- Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
