Job Summary
Provide hospitality-focused valet services: park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist guests with luggage, greet guests by last name, and deliver directions and information about facility amenities. Responsibilities include bell-services assistance, luggage storage, shuttling or transporting guests as needed, explaining parking rates and retrieval procedures, processing ticket information and revenue as part of the valet workflow, and maintaining a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read/write English; basic math for handling cash and rate calculations
