Job Summary
Greet guests, VIPs, and Tribal members upon arrival with a warm welcome, then park vehicles safely and timely while inspecting them for damage or cleanliness issues. Open doors and assist guests using walkers, wheelchairs, or scooters, transporting them between property entrances and adjacent parking lots using company golf carts during peak volumes. Lock vehicles after each run, assist with luggage, and communicate clearly with leadership regarding unusual situations. Maintain a neat appearance, operate vehicles with full alertness while obeying all traffic laws, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months' experience as a valet attendant, or related experience
- Must have a clean driving record with no serious moving violations, multiple moving violations, DUIs, or suspended licenses, and must meet insurability requirements to operate company and guest vehicles
- Must pass periodic random drug screens
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License
- Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment
- Must be available for emergency calls 24/7
- Must be available to work weekend and holidays
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
