Job Summary
Guest Service Associate/Valet Attendant responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, delivering guest amenities as requested, welcoming guests, and providing directions and information about local attractions. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, basic math and English reading/writing skills, and the ability to perform customer service tasks in an outdoor, hospitality-focused environment; position is part-time with tips expected and shift availability across weekdays/weekends.
Required Qualifications

- One (1) month related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos; basic math ability
- Ability to operate a manual transmission (highly desirable)
